Sales Representative – Heavy Machinery

Nesstra Ghana Ltd. is looking for an experienced Sales Representative – Heavy Machinery to join our
commercial team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling heavy
machinery solutions to clients in construction, mining, infrastructure, logistics, agriculture, and
related sectors. This role requires strong technical understanding, field sales experience, and the
ability to build long-term relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities for power systems and related solutions.
  • Promote generators, backup power systems, and electrical power solutions to potential clients.
    Understand customer power requirements and coordinate with technical teams to propose
    suitable solutions.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, facility managers, project
    owners, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct regular client visits and identify upcoming projects and opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market demand.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales of heavy machinery, construction equipment, mining equipment, or
    related industrial products.
  • Relevant educational background in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Business,
    Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of heavy machinery applications and customer needs.
  • Existing network within construction, mining, logistics, or infrastructure sectors will be an
    advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Valid driving license is preferred.
  • Good computer skills and ability to work with CRM systems or sales reporting tools
