Nesstra Ghana Ltd. is seeking an experienced Sales Representative – Power Systems to support the
growth of our power solutions business. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling
generators, power backup systems, electrical solutions, and related equipment to commercial,
industrial, construction, mining, and institutional clients
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities for power systems and related solutions.
- Promote generators, backup power systems, and electrical power solutions to potential clients.
Understand customer power requirements and coordinate with technical teams to propose
suitable solutions. - Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, facility managers, project
owners, and corporate clients. - Conduct regular client visits and identify upcoming projects and opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activity and market demand.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in power systems, generators, electrical equipment, or related technical
products. - Relevant educational background in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy
Systems, Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Good understanding of generators, backup power systems, power distribution, or industrial
electrical solutions. - Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate effectively with both technical
and non-technical clients. - Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with commercial, industrial, mining, construction, or facility management
clients will be an advantage. - A valid driving licence is preferred.
- Good reporting and computer skills
