Nesstra Ghana Ltd is looking for an experienced Sales Representative – lubricants, to develop and
Manage sales of lubricants and related products. The successful candidate will be responsible for
promoting lubricants to clients in automotive, industrial, mining, construction, transport,
manufacturing and equipment maintenance sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers for lubricants and related products.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Promote suitable lubricant solutions based on customer equipment, operating conditions, and
maintenance needs. - Conduct regular client visits, product presentations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations and support customers through the sales process.
- Monitor market demand, competitor products, and pricing trends.
- Work closely with technical and logistics teams to ensure timely supply and customer
satisfaction. - Maintain accurate sales activity records and pipeline updates.
Requirements
- proven sales experience in lubricants, automotive products, industrial consumables, petroleum
products, or related fields. - Relevant educational background in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Automotive
Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Good understanding of lubricant applications in vehicles, heavy equipment, industrial
machinery, or production environments. - Existing client network in transport, mining, construction, manufacturing, workshops, or fleet
operations will be an advantage. - Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
- Good computer and reporting skills.
